The service provided by Mary Ellen and Andreas is stellar. Both are very knowledgeable and hard working. Whatever you need, if they cannot provide it for you, they will help you find it. Their poultry is excellent, particularly their duck, as that is that I buy most often from them. Their duck eggs make thick and lush zabaglione that does not break down. Love their produce and products!"
